Freesbe's Zoho CRM app brings deals, leads and contacts into chat. Alerts post new deals, stage changes, won and lost deals, new leads and new contacts into the channels you pick, seconds after they happen. Zoho CRM links get a preview with the amount, stage and owner. /zoho finds an account, contact, lead or deal, and Log to Zoho CRM adds any message to a contact or lead as a note. It works in every Zoho data center.

Previews under Zoho CRM links
Paste a link to an account, contact, lead or deal and everyone in the conversation sees its name and key details, without opening Zoho CRM. Admins can turn previews off.
Look records up and log conversations
Type /zoho and a name, email address or deal to find it, with an answer only you see. Choose Log to Zoho CRM on any message to add it to a contact or lead as a note, with a link back to the message.

- Does it work with our Zoho data center?
- Yes. Freesbe works with every Zoho data center, including the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, India, Australia, Japan, Canada and Saudi Arabia, and calls Zoho CRM in your own data center only.
- What can Freesbe see and change in Zoho CRM?
- It reads the accounts, contacts, leads and deals that the person who connected it can see, and adds a note when someone chooses Log to Zoho CRM. It doesn't change or delete anything else.
- Does Freesbe copy our CRM?
- No. Alerts and previews are made from the record when they're posted, and disconnecting deletes Freesbe's access straight away.
