See money move, in the channel your finance team reads.
Payment alerts post money moving in Mercury, Stripe and Airwallex into a Freesbe channel as it happens: a customer's wire landing, a Stripe payout reaching your bank, a deposit into a global account. Each card shows the amount, who sent or received it and its status, with a button that opens the transaction.

Choose what to post
Pick money in, money out, balance changes, and problems like failed payments and disputes. Set a smallest amount so a busy Stripe account doesn't flood the channel with small payments.

Mercury, Stripe and Airwallex
Mercury connects with a token Freesbe uses once and doesn't keep. Stripe and Airwallex connect with a webhook URL and a signing secret. Send a test alert to see where alerts land.
- Each account posts to one channel; connect it twice for two
- Last event shows the connection is alive
- Turn alerts off or disconnect from the account's menu
Checked before anything is posted
Every delivery is checked against the provider's signature, and old or repeated deliveries are refused. Freesbe can't move money or read anything beyond what the provider sends.
Questions
- Who can see payment alerts?
- Everyone in the channel they post to, so a private channel for your finance team works best.
- Is this the same as paying for Freesbe?
- No. Connecting Stripe here shows your own customers' payments, not your Freesbe subscription.
- Does Freesbe keep my Mercury token?
- No. Freesbe uses it once to add a webhook to your Mercury account, and you can delete it in Mercury right after.
